This Laif the white dog. Laif was off leash and found a fabulous mud puddle. The owner put Laif back on leash to go and find some clean water to splash off in.

Hallie and I hiked up Snodgrass today. We had saved it until Hallie was a little more acclimated as it is a hike that is mostly uphill. This trail goes on over to Washington Gulch, but we certainly had no intention of hiking over there and then back! Hallie likes the interaction between trail walkers and bikers on trails and this one is no exception. This seems to be a favorite of bikers for some reason and we find ourselves moving off the trail quite a bit for them. We also like to see the horses go out on their trail ride and come back in.
