Mount Crested Butte and the town of Mt. Crested Butte

I took Danny to the airport today to go back to Lake Providence. After spending some time in Gunnison grocery shopping and running errands, I whizzed it back to Crested Butte in time to go to a Wildflower Festival hike on Snodgrass mountain. I really enjoy taking photography classes and hiking with Rebecca because she is always so helpful to everyone as they strive to improve in their skills. This was a new class for Rebecca and it was really a lot of fun. We hiked on the backside of Snodgrass mountain which was was a new hiking trail for me. The majority of the hike was in and out of aspen trees which was welcome on a rather warm day. The highlight was the pinnacle of the hike, a beautiful overview of Crested Butte and the town of Mt. Crested Butte.
